I have been trying to get a copy of my home visit report for ESA. First time I phoned the DWP they said I have to wait 6 weeks before I can request the report. The last time I phoned, they said as it was a home visit, the report is not on their system and I would have to wait until they made a decision on my award before I could get a copy of the report.
You can request the ESA assessment report, it will be an ESA85 but not until a decision has been made and notified to you. When that happens, contact the DWP office dealing with your claim
