My husband had a face to face mid July followed by a generic letter to say they had enough information to make a decision but still no news is this usual
Your husband should have heard within 4 - 10 weeks. I would give them a ring to check the progress of his claim. Don't assume something is wrong, because other people too have reported long waiting times.
