Advice pls, got a phone call on my mobile by someone claiming they were dwp and wanting to do esa assessment. I was dubious as I wasn't due any and am in support grp. She said didn't I want to check my money and do the review now. I said no as I couldn't verify who she was.she said well it will be r2 pages do you want to do it now, again I said no.
I then get another call on my mobile 2hts later voicemail from her again saying dwp called you are not avaliable.
Then immediately on home phone her again, why didn't I call dwp to check and can we do review now. I said no I've had medication and was asleep. So she said she would send paperwork.
Am I going mad is this garrassmentbor normal, I'm in support grp.
Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
This does not sound like a reassessment but rather a benefit review to see whether you are receiving the correct money, if they are now sending you a form then it should be an ESA3.

Hi.
They called again just after I'd had medication and was asleep so she said she would send forms out.
It's not a form I've seen before it's red and says Esa2 can anyone help tell me what it's for as I'm in SG.
It's due in in a week.
Thanks
