Hi I have a F2F ESA assessment next week. I cannot find my previous ESA65 from assessment 2 years ago. It would help me to have this information.Could I request a copy of this report .Will the new assessor have this report from my last review.? At my last assessment the assessor on finishing said “your GP has done you no favours, you should not have been required to attend This”. Doc did not send in any info. I am currently in support group for physical restrictions, spinal and chronic pain. Also my husband will drive me to assessment. I am not sure whether it’s advantageous to have him sit in with me.?He is always so positive about everything! And may be more likely to highlight my achievements, interested in your thoughts. I had a PIP assessment about 8 months ago and awarded enhanced mobility and standard rate for Daily Living. Should I bring this report along.? Grateful for any advice as It seems such a lot depends on the assessor and the F2F, Thanks Lilian
Yes, you can request a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your ESA but it may no longer be available, the assessor will not have a copy of the report even if it is.
Yes. you can take your PIP report but I would write a covering letter explaining why it is relevant to the ESA activities as even where there is overlap the criteria can be quite different.
