Anyone who can help it would be much appreciated. My grandson has just started to claim carers allowance for me, he qualifies for the stated 35 hours per week in the caring capacity. September he started a part time college course of less than the 22 hrs per week required to qualify him.. He has just got himself a part time job earning him far less than the maximum of £123 per week. My question is does he have to inform DWP of this part time work even if he earns less than £123 per week? Thankyou for any advice.
