My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Yes, yuc can take copies to the assessment, ask the assessor to read them and include them in your file when they return it to the DWP.
I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your claim with a covering letter explaining what they are, don't forget to include your full name and National Insurance Number.
