Hi Michelle S All I can suggest you do is log out, clear your recent browsing history and then try and log in again. There's no obvious problem this end.

There is a bug in the forum software that requires the "remember me" tick box to be set before you can open the guides otherwise you get a subscription error.
If this is the problem that you are experiencing then log out and then sign in again ticking the box.
