really struggling with understanding this If somebody stays in bed 2 days a week for most of the day in pyjamas but encouragement allows them to get up and dress 5 days a week which is a majority of the time.The 5 days encouraging or the two days they stay in bed.hope you understand what I am trying to say.
Just explain it as it is; so for two days a week you are unable to dress even with prompting and for five days a week you can dress but only with prompting, so for the majority of days, you need prompting and for the minority you cannot get dressed even with prompting.
