Hi, I’ve received a copy of my face to face PA4 report but a decision has not been made. The report is completely wrong in my eyes and those of my friend who attended with me at my home. Because I was a bit brighter and actually chatty the professional used this to make statements that were not true and recommended low or no score on many of the descriptors. I have become extremely anxious and depressed by this report and want to know if. Should contact the DWP before I receive the decision from the DWP to discuss this or wait and refute the finding in the PA4 report when I know what the award is or is not and start a mandatory review after this.
You have a very small window in which to contact the Decision Maker - so if you're going to do so - you should do so now. Don't waste time criticising the assessor - but refute, inaccuracies in the report and concentrate on the areas where you think you should have scored differently. This will not prevent you from putting in a Mandatory Reconsideration if you need to when the decision comes out.
