Contacting HM Courts & Tribunals Service was created by Doris
Is there another way of contacting the Courts & Tribunals Service other than the 0300 1231142 telephone number?
I've been attempting to contact them over the telephone for nearly two weeks, but never manage to get past the music and voice message. The longest so far being 3 hours without success. Is there an email address?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Doris
Do you vary the time you phone them? I find first thing in the morning better than afternoons, the number you quoted is the one I use, it is pot luck ... don't give up
I found this on the web This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (first line enquiries) but I have never used it myself. courttribunalfinder.service.gov.uk/court...ild-support-tribunal

Email? You need the specific one for whichever tribunal it is, though.
I got through after 15 minutes yesterday afternoon.
