Apologies if this post is posted in the wrong place, i really just can't work out how the forum works. If its inappropriate, please remove it or re position it maybe to the correct place? Thank you.
If i have to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration, which ultimately leads to appeal, will my PIP payments stop and will i be expected to return my motability car before a decision is reached?

There is only one forum for you to post into :)

If you have an award of PIP following a decision then this will continue to be paid during an MR and appeal.

If the award includes an Enhanced Mobility award then subject to there being no other issues then you can retain your car, however, if there is no Enhanced award then you would need to discuss the matter with Motability.
