Hi, my sons dla went in for renewal a month ago, he got it renewed until 2022.
My carers allowence stopped as it went in for renewal, normally they just back date it, but its been six weeks now.
Ive tried calling but been on hold for over an hour three times now.
Have they changed it so i need to make a fresh claim?
