UC change of circumstances moveing home

Hi there,

Does anyone has an experience, what happens when you move home to the different town while on UC?
Will it results in need to make a new claim or will it only impact the UC housing element which will be recalculated?
I had a long, long process going through medical assessment. Wouldn’t want to go through it all over again because of changing address.
