Mandatory Review time extension was created by Meesh
After having a telephone assessment to renew my Pip, I was unhappy with the results (care from enhanced to standard and mobility from standard to zilch!). My question is due to the coronavirus and the slowing down of the postal service (decision date 1 may letter not received until 12 may) will I be given more time to apply for MR as I firstly need to get the medical assessors report from them and I have read on this forum that can take 10 days to happen. Any advice very appreciated thanks.

Hi Meesh
Normally you have one month to return the information. You would need to phone the DWP, because circumstances are not normal and you may well be given more time, but you need to get it on record.
