You can ring up and request a copy of the assessment report. If you are unhappy with what is written, you can write to the Decision Maker and make any points you wish (though you only have a small window of time to do this). If you go down this route, make sure you concentrate on the points where you haven't scored points that you think you should have done.
Then when the decision is sent to you, if you are unhappy with it, you can put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration.
