ESA telephone Assessment

Had an ESA telephone assessment yesterday, just wondering if they have already rolled out the combined ESA/PIP assessments. I sent off my ESA 50 renewal in December last and this telephone assessment yesterday was related to that. My PIP will be up for renewal in June next year. The reason I ask this is that I was asked many questions that are usually related to PIP, for example all aids that i use daily (kitchen/bathroom), how I manage to cook a meal, how do I manage to get of bed ect. Would welcome any input thanks.

Thankyou Gordon, I was concerned as I did not receive a letter to tell me about the assessment, informed by telephone on Thursday that the Assessment would be carried out by telephone on the Tuesday. Finger crossed
