Hi Ragnar, sorry if repeating stuff you know well, but do be sure to keep a copy of every single thing you send in, and to post it with one of the tracked services. Check the tracking, and either print it for your file, or at least screenshot it on your phone to prove they did sign for it [even if it is just a scribble of 'Covid 19' which I had recently].
