New Pip Reassessment form was created by sjwcr

Hi everyone, I would be grateful for any help.

I just received my Pip Reassessment form and promptly spilt something on it

. Can you print it out from anywhere?

Also, there was no date to return the form by listed on the form? Do I have to call them up and request a new one?

Hi sjwcr

Unfortunately at this moment in time you cannot download PIP reassessment form, your only option is to contact DWP explain what has happened and they will send you out a new form.

You normally have one month in which to send the form back, if you need longer then you contact DWP before deadline and ask.
