many years ago, i was in a similar position job wise,i made the mistake of
leaving the job, rather than being finished on health grounds .I lost a lot of money in the process.
My thoughts at the time was that i just wanted to get out of a bad situation
and felt trapped.As suggested you could claim pip and other benefits, good luck.
