I need help with PIP

Hi I really need some help my pip date ends February 2023. I have more conditions and disabilities on top Do I ring PIP. Or do I send them letters of hospital reports etc.. Please Help Many Thanks

you could ring or write to the dwp and let them know that your health needs have change and let them know you have updated medical letters once the change is reported the dwp will write and let you know how it will affects your pip.
when there is a change in circumstances the dwp may look at the whole award again you could lose points or gain extra points and it could affect your current award.
