What you need to show is that your mental health issues have had a detrimental and ongoing impact on your ability to manage money. Look at the guide and the advice in there for answering this question. In my view, there are no pitfalls in you questioning why you did not score for this question. Make sure that you have looked at the PA4 (Assessment report) to see if the assessor commented on this particular question.
