I think you will have to await the actual decision notice. It rather depends on what you were appealing. If you were on standard daily living arguing enhanced, then DWP would have awarded the enhanced to close the appeal. But if you had eg no daily living award but argued for enhanced, the new decision might only be standard.
You can still appeal if you disagree with the new decision.
However the award might be everything you argued for!
