Asked in journal and told no they don’t have access to it so can’t send out.. going to have to drop it as don’t want to be seen as troublemaker.. we are treated so badly ☹️

I am sorry you are having such difficulties. You are entitled to see a copy of the report, and you are not being a troublemaker in asking for it. It's your right.

As you have not had success going through the journal - I would contact the UC helpline - 0800 328 5644.
