www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum I am not aware of a new review form, new PIP forms came out in January last year, as far as I am aware you cannot get a online PIP review form, I am only aware of new claim PIP form online. Forum members may know otherwise.
Yes you can send photographs but remember all documents are scanned on to the system make sure you add your name and NI number to each photo/document.
