PIP appeal - DWP response deadline has passed was created by Tom
Is it a regular/common occurrence for the DWP to not reply to the Tribunal Service by the date they stipulate to put their case across? This has happened to me. I've emailed SSCS to ask for an update as I have no idea whats going on.

Hi Tom
Unfortunately, it is common for the DWP to miss their deadline. The Tribunal Service will write to them reminding them the paperwork is due and will allow them a little more time. I know it's awful for you waiting but it is something you can't hurry along.
