Hello all,

I've been reading about delays and so on. I have an upcoming UC renewal and was wondering what are people experiencing in terms of delays. Has it been delayed 6 months ,a year? What about long term sickness, as they still reassessed? What have people's experience been?

The message we are receiving from members is that it varies across the regions so we are unable to give an accurate picture.
