Hi,

I had my PIP assessment about 6 days ago now. I rang 48 hours afterwards to ask for a copy of my pa4 report and they said they hadn't recieved the report yet. So I rang again today and they still haven't recieved a copy of the report.

Does anyone know how long I'm likely to wait for my report to show up? My first phone call I was waiting an hour to get through and half an hour today, so I'd rather avoid calling everyday if my report isn't likely to be there for another week.

Hi Anxious

I'm sorry, we can't tell you how long it will be. It's supposed to be 48 hours. Some reports get randomly audited. You could try ringing IAS or Capita to find out why it hasn't been sent to the DWP. The number will be on you appointment letter if you still have it.
