I would be very surprised if you were asked to attend a face-to-face assessment, as they are still not being done across the country after the lockdown. When you get a review form, you can always put in a request for the type of assessment you would like and ask for a paper-based assessment or a telephone assessment. They may not agree, but you can always appeal, if you don't like the assessment type.
