No ESA this week? was created by Ted Pea
I was due my ESA payment yesterday, and usually get it on the preceding Friday.
It's almost midday on Tuesday now, and no sign of payment.
I've double checked my previous payment dates, and I'm certain it should have been yesterday.
So.....simple question, does anyone know if the DWP have missed their dates this week, or have had a habit of doing so recently?

Hi Pea, have there been any changes in your life recently that may have affected your ESA?
Your best bet would be phoning ESA if you want to find out why your benefit hasn't been paid in on the correct date.
Good luck

I rang, and after only two days they answered, and said it's a glitch due to old system.
Anyone else on 'legacy benefits' should expect similar glitches maybe.
