The decision maker can change points and sometimes they do, but it is more common for them to follow the health professional's advice. It's impossible to take anything for granted.
If you want to challenge the points that have been given in the report, you have a very small window to write to the Decision Maker and make a case for why you think they were incorrect to take points awayy. However, you may want to wait, because if those points stand you have been awarded enhanced for both components.
