Rapid reclaim im on old style ir esa

I posted the other day asking about rapid reclaim if I tried to go to work, Gordon kindly advised it would apply to me but this link has worried me, please could you advice,

The article is right, my apologies. I checked the ESA legislation but not the re-claim process.

You should be able to claim UC without an assessment, whether you would be better off on UC will depend on your personal circumstances, there are benefit calculators that can give you an idea.
