wtc transfer to UC was created by runragged

I tried to help my daughter to fill in the transfer form today. I can't see anywhere that she can put in her income from self employment as once they ask for disabilities which she has, the form instantly refers to fit notes. Am I looking at this wrongly? It is supposed to be a transfer from wtc and carers but I can't see how to put that anywhere on the form.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question about your daughter's income, we do not have a flowchart for the UC claim process.

Whilst labelled a transfer and there is potentially a Transitional Payment, this is no different from a new claim for UC so I would not expect there to be anywhere for you to identify it as a transfer.
