£150 Disability Cost of Living Payment 2022 - Not received was created by annie
My Dad is terminally ill and my siblings and I do whatever we can to support my parents.
We have been through all statement transactions from July 2022 - March 2023 with our Mum and the £150 Disability COL payment (with Dad being on enhanced PIP) is nowhere to be seen.
We have unsuccessfully tried calling 0800 121 4433 with no success so far. Is this the correct number?
Is this the best avenue?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Most people should have received their 2022 Cost of Living Payment.

Find out how to report a missing Cost of Living Payment, if you think you should have had one of the following payments but you cannot see it in your bank, building society or credit union account:

£326 or £324 Cost of Living Payment for a low income benefit
£150 Disability Cost of Living Payment

If you still get no joy then contact your MP for help.
