Thanks you for replying to my message. Was that including assessment. Did u get an assessment? I haven't even been offered an assessment yet or heard anything about mine. I'm starting to think they never got it. However they would have contacted me if they did not I presume?

Hi Elish,

I didn’t receive an assessment just filled out the forms. I rang the people who carry out the assessment and they said to me it won’t be needed as they’ve got all the information they need.
Try ringing them and see whats happening? You may fall into one of the support groups perhaps that’s why they didn’t give you a face to face assessment. And keep adding notes to your journal chasing it up.
