It is always very frustrating not getting what you had hoped for at a tribunal. My understanding of the psychological distress ruling, as your claim was decided by a tribunal then it does not apply to your claim.
Quite often it is how you have worded your application, I would advise you to seek help from a Welfare Rights Organisation who will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration;
