Are there any services that will check the answers I have popped together for my Autistic Daughter's upcoming PIP application form?

I've been told as she's 16 in a couple of weeks then we need to apply for PIP for her, as DLA will stop otherwise.

I've put together info about her struggles in a Word Doc - As in Answer 3, 4, 5 etc and I've tried to follow the descriptors etc from this site. I've undertaken the PIP modules.

I just want to do the very best for my daughter, as she is far from independent at 16 bless her.

Hi HealthHunter,

You'll be best trying Welfare Rights/Services or Citizens Advice Bureau. I believe your local council authority will be able to assist you with the correct number for your nearest WR service, should they provide one.
