Looking for some advice please. I have esa awarded contribution based been on it for around 10 years my most recent award ends end of october this year and i have recieved a letter to inform me of my end date, and increase payments for April 2024 nothing more as it stands. Im also in reciept of PIP and they both have the same end date. What do i do now? Will they send me a letter for review/renewal or do i have to reapply, if so how do i go about this? When should it be done and will it still be esa contribution based? With the changes over to UC? My husband works and not in recipet of any other benefits at all. pip was awarded on mandatory reconsideration.

Your ESA should not end until you have had an assessment, if you have had an assessment aand you have a decision then you need to contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a UC85.

I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation; url=https://advicelocal.uk] advicelocal.uk [/url], they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration.
