This is not going to be a very helpful answer I fear. The only two ways I know of really finding that out is either to find your original award letter or phoning the DWP.
If the agony of not knowing is worth the risk of poking a sleeping DWP then go for it and ring them. But I have not yet come across a case where a 10 year award was not at least ongoing and therefore should receive a light touch.
