Hi is there anything I can do in regards to speed up the review for PIP MM Supreme Court Judgement on my previous claim please?.
i was actually contacted by the DWP last December and they said that my case was chosen to be reviewed as a result of the MM judgement and they would contact me again. I rang them in July after not hearing anything only to be told that there is no time limit on when my case will be looked at. However I have the details/report they did not consider/ignored at the time, so asking if it's worth sending this to them now asking for a MR or just to keep waiting, thank you Lisa

I'm sorry, but I can't advise you what to do here. You've already been told there is no time limit on their review, so nothing you say will make it happen any quicker. If you send in an MR it won't be considered by the same people - so it's up to you whether you choose to do that now or later.
