Hi i have my ADP review letter through after changing from PIP it a 1 page yes or no change of circumstances..I got diagnsed with Tethered Cord Syndrome with an MRI and I have the report from surgeon. I have lots of back conditions and mental health issues too. I have been told not to send any info back with it, like diaries{which I don't keep] medications still the same, new aids or notice of this new condition. I haven't gotten any worse or better. I'm really I'll through this as I don't think I could pass another assessment in a million years.Memory shot to pieces. Wondering could they just be looking for an update or will this definitely go to assessment stage. Please help I know its just a few different questions than PIP. Thanks Gail.

I'm sorry, but the system is too new for us to confirm what happens after you receive the letter and whether or not you are more likely to have a telephone or paper-based assessment. I think we have had members experiencing both - but just like PIP I think it's impossible to know for certain what a person will receive. I assume it is on a case-by-case basis.
