hi everyone its a while since i last used the site, is there a reason that dwp have reworded the pip review paper from 4 years ago, and his it still advisable to put extra sheets of information along with your review form when sending it off any help would be much appreciated thanks

I can't tell you why they decided to reword the form - allegedly, it was to make it easier to complete.

If you don't have enough space, you can always add additional pages.
