I have previously said that you need to be asking questions of your UC Case Manager. Especially so if they have failed to disregard your COL payments and have miscalculated your tariff income. You will need to request a Mandatory Reconsideration and there is useful guide in the BenefitsandWork Guides section on how to do this.
