hi all new here as I have had a migration letter I need to make a uc claim by July 25. what I would like to know is what information I need to start getting ready .I have not had an assesment in years as my mp wrote to the dwp each time I was up for review and it was pushed through on two occasions. I have proof of mental health issues bit they are not up to date .will I be asked to show evidence to back up my claim and what evidence is needed
