I know this subject has been covered numerous times. However, I am very anxious about the online claim form
I have set myself a date to complete it but wanted to know exactly what ID is accepted. I have passport, rent bill, bank statement. Will this suffice?
Also I assume you send them in as uploads after photographing them??
Also, is there somewhere on the form that allows you to confirm and make it clear that I will be entitled to the transfer top up??
