Need to add something to a previously "completed" to-do but seemingly can't

How do I edit a previously completed to-do? I forgot to add one of my health conditions and want to add it to the completed "health to-do" but when I go to "journal" it says I can't "use my journal" until all to-dos are completed. After I finish the remaining to-dos, will I be able to edit what I placed in other questions or is it just sent off to the DWP as is?

I really don't want to complete my last to-do yet if it suddenly means the whole thing gets winged off without me having any chance of editing it if necessary! under "journal" is just a list of my completed to-dos and the statement I can't use journal until to-dos are complete and I don't know if "use journal" means that I'd be able to edit or change anything

I had this issue too. If you haven’t yet submitted your claim and are still in the process of filling in the form you can, at the very end before submitting, go in and edit. The whole form is unhelpful and gives the wrong impression but hope this helps. Good luck!

thank you so much! that was my concern, that when I finished the last "to-do" item, that it would just submit and i'd have no further say in it!
