I'm currently trying to complete an Adult Disability Payment form for my son. Is there any guidance on ADP on this site, that could help me?

Hi Lesley

Information is limited. If you look at page 4 of the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews there is a page about the ADP process which may or may not help.
