I read a news clip today about PIP payments being digitized / a card and app replacing cash in your Bank accounts as usual. this change is taking place before the end of this year. when DWP officials have been asked about PIP vouchers etc. in the past they apparently stated it won't happen, well it hasn't they are going digital instead...just as bad and I or the general public in general know little or nothing about this. They have been focusing peoples fears around the PIP criteria and rule changes. I would like to know if the mentioned digitization plan is a truth and near to be implemented clandestine proposal.
I believe there was some pilot trying this out, but nothing has been announced, so I'm afraid we can't confirm one way or the other. Keep an eye on the newsletter.
