My partner lives in a housing association flat with WEEKLY rent. She has never ever been in arrears. When she moved in, she had to pay a weeks rent in advance. All this forms part of her tenancy agreement.
Everything to do with her migration has been a disaster.
Latest thing, is that the council have given the 2 week run on money to the landlord, who declines to give it back, presumably as they like the idea of being three weeks in advance..
Anyone have any experience of this?? [or what can be done]
