If you are transitioning from esa support group to uc, do you need t provide bank statements??

Hi V123

You will need to prove your identity when you apply for UC, www.gov.uk/guidance/how-to-verify-your-i...for-universal-credit

You do not usually have to provide your bank statement, you need to be aware of scanners, if you are being asked for bank details.
