Hi Can someone tell me if its acceptable to type out the questions and answers on a computer and attach them to each page where relevant on the form. I dont mean the whole form, just some of the questions I am answering will not fit in the box provided. thanks alrightdave.
Hi Alrightdave, Yes. Either use a whole new sheet fir the question or use this as a continuation page. Make sure you put what question you are answering and include name and NI number on each page. Also put a note by the relevant question to direct DWP to the extra page. LL26
